Diabetic Educator and Chronic Disease Management Nurse

Sue is a credentialed diabetes educator and chronic disease management nurse working closely with our general practitioners to help improve quality of life by managing their chronic conditions.

She aims to assist people with diabetes, their families, and carers to gain the knowledge, skills, motivation, and confidence to manage their condition.

Sue has extensive knowledge surrounding Type 2 Diabetes and will work closely with your health care team in providing you with adequate support in living with diabetes.
