Bernadette Hurley

Clinical Psychologist 

Bernadette is a Clinical Psychologist and member of the Australian Psychological Society.

Bernadette is a NSW WorkCover provider, Medicare, DVA, and TAC provider, perinatal counsellor, and mediator with experience in workplace and community disputes. Bernadette provides assessment and treatment of depression, anxiety, regulating emotions, trauma, grief, positive health behaviours, and workplace issues. She also has a special interest in the treatment of persistent pain.

Bernadette’s treatment approaches are evidence-based, including EMDR, cognitive behaviour therapy, cognitive processing therapy for trauma, acceptance and commitment therapy, psycho-education, mindfulness, relaxation, and meditation. Bernadette works with adolescents and adults.

Bernadette holds a Master of Clinical Psychology, Executive Master of Public Administration (ANZSOG), Bachelor of Social Science (Psychology) (Honours), Graduate Diploma of Psychology, and a Bachelor of Arts. Bernadette also holds a postgraduate qualification in Pain Science.
