The Grove Psychology Practice is located at The Gardens Medical Centre in Albury. We offer trauma-informed therapy for adults, children, and families, with a focus on emotional safety, lived experience, and individual complexity.

Kirsten is registered with AHPRA and EMDRAA and holds a Bachelor of Behavioural Science (Psychology), a Graduate Diploma in Psychology, and a Master’s in Child Psychoanalytic Psychotherapy.

Her approach is collaborative and trauma-informed, integrating EMDR, attachment-based, and somatic therapies to support healing, resilience, and emotional well-being—while honoring each person’s unique needs and neurodiversity.
