Dr Charitha has begun consulting at the Gardens Medical Group on Thursday's from Level 6. His scope of practice includes:

Aortic Disease: Open and endovascular aneurysm repair (EVAR/TEVAR), complex aorto-iliac reconstructions.

Peripheral Artery Disease: Endovascular angioplasty and stenting, open bypass, hybrid limb-salvage strategies for chronic limb-threatening ischaemia (CLTI).

Stroke Prevention: Carotid endarterectomy for symptomatic and selected asymptomatic carotid stenosis.

Venous Disease: Varicose vein management (endovenous thermal/chemical ablation, surgical techniques) and tributary treatment including sclerotherapy.

Dialysis Access: Creation and maintenance of arteriovenous f istulae/grafts; fistulography and angioplasty for dysfunctional access; collaborative renal access pathway development.

Diabetic Foot & Limb Preservation: Integrated surgical and endovascular approaches, multidisciplinary high-risk foot care, and wound management.
